Me and my dad had a holiday in Tignes using this company to rent out skis and boots which were top quality.
We both were also injured by the end of the holiday so were unable to return our gear in which they come to collect for us!

The place was well organised and the people were friendly and funny and chilled.
My skis were chosen well and were in such good condition and when I returned them I was even given a lift home by the legend called Jack - but only because I returned them at midday and it was not too busy - so don't everyone expect that particular service!

The service we received was excellent.
We arrived during the heavy snowfall and they were unable to come to our chalet with our equipment.
So they came to the chalet with a different vehicle and transported us to the shop in two separate trips and fitted all 11 of us then took us back. Later we needed a boot change and they came back to the chalet with a selection of boots .
Dan was amazing and patient during the fitting process, and I would highly recommend Tignes Spirit.
Great service provided by the team, as a family of beginners we were really well taken care of and made to feel very welcomed.
Almost a footnote but excellent value after looking around. No hesitation in recommending!

Standard of equipment and service as high as ever, even coping with our travel delay in getting to resort.
We prefer to stay in Brevieres which is a considerable distance from their shop yet the delivery of the equipment, fitting and set up were performed efficiently and effectively - we had no equipment issues at all during our stay, which is quite remarkable when ski boots are involved.
Ski equipment is obviously a critical part of a ski holiday and Tignes Spirit help take the potential stress of this part completely away.

Although the first impressions of the shop seemed a little chaotic (understandable at this time in the season), we were promptly served with the utmost grace by cool, calm and collected server Hugo.
His fluency in both english and french was superbly helpful for my sister and I. (Though I can speak english fluently, my sister only speaks french).
Hugo swiftly set us up with some wonderful skis for the fresh pow that had landed a day before!
The returns process was just as easy. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!

They called to check in everything a few days before, they sorted out a on earlier pick up off the back of that call as it actually made it easier for us and they were happy to accommodate and when we arrived they were all just as friendly.
I even dropped on the guy (Sam) who was helping me fit my boots and skis on the slopes and he remembered it was my birthday.
Will certainly be using them again and can’t rate them highly enough, great gear and great service.
