Tignes Spirit are a fantastic, customer-focused business.
I had some very specific requirements for my ski rental for some off piste touring in Tignes.
The staff in the shop could not have been more helpful, finding the right skis for me and making sure that I was happy with them over the course of the week's hire.
We arrived later than expected on Saturday evening (9.30pm) and the guys from the shop delivered our kit shortly afterwards so that we were ready to go in the morning.
We were staying in Les Brevieres so it wasn't even close to the shop.
We changed a pair of skis during the week (skiers preference) and it wasn't a problem.
The kit was collected on Friday evening from the chalet making the whole experience super easy.
It didn't cost any more than any other rental shop and it was so easy.
Would highly recommend the service to anyone.
Tignes Spirit spent time discussing my needs and I ended up with the best skis I've ever rented- very manoeuvrable and carved really easily- just what I was after.
They called back later in the week to check how the skis were working for me- great service.
Having had very poor experiences in the last few years in other places, this place is excellent!
