I do not usually write reviews but honestly cannot recommend Tignes Spirit highly enough.
We were very delayed in our transfer and the team stayed in touch with us and were incredibly accommodating.
A number of people came to the chalet and fitted us all, including some very tired children.

We arrived at 22h00 on Sat night after a lengthy transfer from Geneva, but the guys at the shop were super friendly and helpful.
We got everything sorted for our ski hire in 15 minutes (2 kids and 1 adult) and the equipment was perfect for the remainder of the week.
Really appreciate the follow-up calls to check that everything was OK.
Incredibly helpful staff - took a lot of time explaining differences in kit, prices and were happy for kit to be changed during the holiday. Can't fault them!
Also very easy location - you can ski almost up to the door from the end of a green run, or 20 mtrs from one of the free Tignes bus stops.
