Outstanding rental experience in Tignes! We rented a snowboard and a set of skis for a week and were thoroughly impressed by the service and the quality of the equipment provided.
Instead of the usual low-end gear found at many rental locations, this shop offered genuinely top-notch items.
The Ski Atomic Bent 90s I used were in excellent condition.
Izzi was incredibly knowledgeable and provided fantastic assistance, making our experience even better!
We go skiing twice a year as a group and have never had service anywhere near as good as this!
We arrived later than planned and they were flexible with us, tweaking our planned drop off to collecting us and taking us to the store to get our skis fitted and then dropping us back at our appartment.
We had last minute add-ons that were no problem and one member of our group wasn’t getting on with their boots so the shop came and collected them, took them to store, pulled out every pair of boots until our group member was happy and then bought them back to our apartment.
At the end of the week they came out again and collected the skis from us just as we were waiting for our transfer so super easy!
Next time we are in Tignes we will 100% be using them. Thanks guys!
We were introduced to Tignes Spirit through our son who is working in Tignes this season and they were excellent, beating local competition in all respects.
Communication was much easier in English, they were extremely efficient, friendly and polite.
The equipment was great quality (we had brand new Nidecker snowboard bindings) and pricing couldn’t be beaten.
We’re going back in March and without a doubt will be using them again.

This is the 2nd year I've rented from Tignes Spirit. They really know their stuff and ensure you get the perfect fit for your level.
Service is friendly and very professional.
Their aftercare is great and they even phone you the next day to check all is OK with the gear they've rented you.
Although our accommodation was a bus ride away in Val Claret this year, it was worth the short (free bus) journey as their gear is high quality at a very competitive price.
Boots and skis were perfect for me, and last year they even carried out an instant no quibble repair in their onsite workshop when I had a bent brake after a fall!
They also have a very nice shop attached which sells lovely ski wear.
English speakers too which helped us immensely.
I wouldn't rent from anywhere else.

I highly recommend TS for rental and kit. They go out of their way to set you up with the most appropriate kit.
They stay open late to ensure you can get set up the night before your first day on the snow.
I've never had to wait more than five minutes unlike the large chains which have long queues on busy days.
Although we stayed in le lac this year we wanted down to rent for my son from TS. Worth a short walk/ bus

I had the best hiring experience with Tignes Spirit Rentals. Ben was phenomenal when I was trying to book some gear online, he was quick to respond and make any amendments I needed.
Quite often with snowboard hiring, you never know what you'd get, but with Tignes, it was exceptionally great gear - both board and bindings. I told them my skill level, type of board I liked and that I was doing back country. As I was going to be in Sainte Foy, not only did they deliver - they made sure it was the right type of board and I got to choose a board I like.
Experience didn't end there, they checked in and made sure everything went well. Couldn't have asked for better gear and experience.
