This is a great concept - the ski equipment was brought to us - with varying sizes of boots to try - and collected at the end. This made life much easier - as the only ski hire shop in Les Brevieres was at the bottom of the hill and we were staying a very steep 15 minute walk uphill from there. The quality seems very reasonable for us and the children.
Would highly recommend Tignes Spirit. Everything was seamless, from the wide selection and quality of kit, to delivery and pick up straight to our hotel.
They ring on the first day to ensure you're enjoying your kit and offer to change it over if required with no hassle. They'd taken account of the comments I'd made in the requests section of the booking form (which loads of companies seem to ignore).
Will definitely use again.
We rented our equipment from Tignes Spirit for our ski trip in Tignes in February. This was our second time using them and they were even better this year.
Easy booking, great delivery and pick up service to our accommodation for a nominal fee, and great service when we needed smaller boots.
They seemed to really care we were happy with the equipment. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
2nd year using Tignes Spirit after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. Went for Platinum and the equipment supplied is great, up-to-date kit.
I am no equipment expert and the staff selected the gear based on asking questions around ability and type of skiing preferred. I checked online reviews on the kit selected and the skis had excellent reviews online and were perfect for my type of skiing and ability.
The staff are always very accommodating, picked us up when they said they would and the same for collection at the end of the week. They rang a couple of times during the week to check we were happy and had no issues.
If I had a minor recommendation, it may be to measure customers feet to ensure the ideal boot fit as mine were probably slightly large - not a major issue but only really figured this out through the week and wasn’t enough of an issue to warrant going back to change. I do appreciate though that it is a rental place, not an expert boot fitters!
Had a great week in Tignes, the equipment performed perfectly and would definitely use the company again.
Rented some board boots from Tignes Spirit as mine had worn a hole in the end. The boots I used were Burton Moto and they were perfect, very comfy and nice and lightweight. The staff that helped me were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely use them again and I'd recommend anyone coming to Tignes to use them for all their rental needs
