Friendly and down-to-earth staff who went out of their way to make sure I had the right rental gear, and even gave me a free upgrade on both boots and snowboard due to availability.
I saw others come in and change gear they weren't happy with while I was there, and they encouraged me to do the same.
In contrast, another friend in our group went to a rental place near Tignes 2100 and they refused to change his board and bindings even though they were loose!
The guys in the shop are amazing - I was asked if I would like a upgrade for 10 euros and they said I would get a better pair of skis to make my experience better and did they? I was really impressed.
Skis where ready for me to pick up when I asked and the staff are really friendly. I'd definitely rent again from them and recommend them to anyone if you are going to this area.
The service provided by Tignes spirit, the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff and the flexibility of the team was nothing short of exceptional.
All the years I have hired ski equipment I have never once received " during hire period" phone calls checking I was happy, it was a bit of a shock tbh.
Another member of our group chose to change their skis during the trip, simply because they changed their mind about the type of skiing they wanted to do, the request to change was supported without any fuss at all.

Staff are knowledgable and polite. The gear is excellent (and any problems promptly resolved).
As ski hire goes, it doesn’t get much better.
