Even though, it's obviously a super popular shop you don't feel rushed through the system when you are there to pick up your hire gear. You don't feel pressured to accept the first set of boots you are given etc. and they are there to help you if you're not sure about fit or how you want your board set up etc. They're happy to help out with anything during your stay too.
The shop is great for presents and any extras you might have forgotten and it's in a handy location too.

After years of snowboarding and hiring gear and equipment; it's fair to say I've encountered my fair share of ski/snowboard hire shops! The Team at Tignes Spirit really know what they are doing and provide an impeccable service.
By far the simplest and most relaxing way to gear up for the mountains! Delivered to your door, kitted out and collected whilst you have a beer in hand at home, ideal!
Have to say, this has changed the way I will rent skis in the future. Completely hassle free delivery, plenty of pricing choices for a mixed ability group, excellent quality equipment and friendly staff. No more lugging equipment back and forth on the first and last days, just enjoy a beer in the comfort of your own accommodation! Thanks guys
They provide an exquisite service and go above and beyond what they are contractually obliged to do. The team was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and when I came back with some problems, the two ladies that helped me were both receptive and very helpful.

I have to say that I was really impressed with the service my group received from Tignes Spirit a few weeks ago, from start to finish. Online selection of gear and payment was incredibly easy and the prices were the best I could find.
We were all happy with the equipment we hired and the patience and efficiency of the staff in the shop. It made a massive difference being able to drop by the evening before our lift passes started and having English speaking staff who wanted to make sure we had correctly fitting gear rather than trying to get us in and out as quickly as possible.
My experience with Tignes Spirit was stress and hassle free, their system works really well, prices were very acceptable, gear was top notch and staff were excellent. Would definitely hire through them again and recommend to others in future.
I really can't rate Tignes Spirit highly enough! Absolutely brilliant service. Even though we had trouble with half the group getting held up in a 4 hour traffic jam from Geneva, Tignes Spirit still came round to collect everyone and get their ski hire sorted when they arrived in resort (even though it was 10.30pm!). Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be using them again next time I'm in Tignes.
We all found Tignes Spirit to be very helpful and accommodating on our trip. Nothing was too much trouble and we all got exactly the gear we wanted, so all in all a great service. It would be good if all rental companies were as happy to oblige as all of the Tignes Spirit guys I dealt with were!
