The firm I travelled with didn't book my board on my flight, so I had to hire. The hire shop my firm recommended didn't have a board in my size, so they took me to Tignes Spirit. I got the Platinum package, the board was brand new, and the shop said bring it back if anything needed changing. They text me and sent me an email to check everything was ok the day after.
My verdict - if you're hiring board or skis then these guys are the ones to use - and they can bring the stuff to you!
Just back from skiing in Tignes with 31 friends and family. Collectively we've been skiing for a number of years. All the Tignes Spirit staff were totally fantastic. All the staff are passionate snowboarder/skiers and will go out of their way to help. I certainly could not fault you on your customer service, above and beyond springs to mind. Friendly knowledgeable staff, very flexible and despite numerous trips to our chalet nothing was too much trouble. Delivery to your chalet is just fab and such a great USP.
Equipment, I thought the standard of my skis and my son's was excellent.
