They provided excellent kit, were very knowledgable, competitively priced and were happy to change oversized ski boots (when in the rush to get on the slopes my son had taken the first boots he could get his feet into ignoring considering proper fit!).

We recently returned from our trip to Tignes, I hired equipment for myself and two children from Tignes Spirit.
All of the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I changed my boots and board twice and each time they were happy to deliver to my apartment, and make recommendations.

The guys brought all the equipment to our hotel at 9.30pm on the Saturday we arrived so as not to delay our first day on the slopes and they were very accommodating re collection time also.
Very professional and friendly, all correctly fitted and very good equipment for us and our 4 young kids.

The service was utterly impeccable from start to finish! From booking, to communication before and during our visit and the delivery and pickup; it’s all been totally faultless.

I picked up skis from shop but they do delivery service. I could not fault.
Pre-ordered kit in the UK with a great discount from our Ben's Bus Transfer, made it most competitive deal on the mountain.
Got picked up at our apartment on arrival and taken to shop on our arrival, great condition (new or as new) kit was all ready for us, got dropped back and then they came at the end of the week and collected everything.
Slick and painless.
Staff are English or English speaking, well skilled and friendly.
Even fixed my own boots for me that were broken during the week.
Can't recommend highly enough, will be using next year and for many more to come.
