I have always had trouble getting ski boots to fit. Not only did Tignes Spirit try their hardest to get the rental options to work but finally spent quite a bit of time sorting out a pair I eventually purchased.
Although all the staff were helpful and friendly, Joss sorted out a well fitting pair of boots for a relatively good price. Helpful and conscientious I couldn't recommend them enough for boot fitting and rental
Pre-paid for a door to door delivery and collection service in Les Brevieres - extremely punctual and very efficient from initial order to final collection - swapped boots and skis mid hire with no problems at all
Seamless pre-order in advance of our trip, we arrived at Tignes Spirit as a party of 9 and left one hour later having had skis, poles, boots and helmets fitted and checked by 3 staff members. Usually this takes at lot longer!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who then took us back to our chalet and arranged for pick up of our equipment on day of departure for a small fee. Totally hassle free!

This is the first time we used Tignes Spirit on our trip to the Alps. Kieran and his staff were attentive and went the extra distance to make sure my set up was perfect for my riding ability.
We had the platinum package and I must say I felt like a seasoned pro with my shiny new board! None of this horrible plastic protection you get with most places - the bindings I had actually came out of the box!

Great service, they really understand their business and are able to customise equipment to suit your needs - especially Wilson who knows his stuff - bought snowboard boots that required a little adjustment, no hassle.

Used Tignes Spirit for board rental in January and they didn’t disappoint. From first contact everything was super easy and great value - especially when we saw the almost new kit we got! Very happy and will use again.

This was the second year that we used Tignes Spirit. As with the year before, the ski equipment was delivered and fitted at the chalet by a keen and knowledgeable bunch of guys. We learnt things we never knew about skis :) The equipment was first class and the best skis I have ever used.
Mid week there was a courtesy call to see how things were going and you know the offer to fine tune things is always there.
Collection at the end of the week quick and fuss free.
My baggage with all ski gear in it has been lost at the airport in Paris, therefore I arrived in Tignes dressed pretty city casual. Hôtel Les Suites - Maison Bouvier staff recommended Tignes Spirit as a potential solution for my situation and they were right :)
At Tignes Spirit they welcomed me and I have successfully rented ski gear (a ski jacket, trousers, and gloves). Sam helped me a lot with the gear selection, he was efficient and really kind.

We used the in-chalet service, which we found to be excellent - definitely beats queuing at the shops. We provided a list of sizes and requirements beforehand and the team drove out to the chalet with a small desk and tools and fitted everyone out. Out of 20 people only one couldn't find something that fitted well and this was delivered the next morning.
Originally my daughter liked what she chose but I suspect that she may just have chosen a pretty colour. Her skiing instructor told us that the boots were far too big. The Tignes Spirit team picked us up minutes after our phone call and took us to their store where we replaced her shoes within 20 minutes.
