I came to Tignes Spirit Rentals for boot and ski hire for 4 days in March, and was super impressed with their service. When I got to the shop I was seen straight away and got checked in.
The staff are all really friendly and even had recommendations for food and drinks in the local area. I was sorted with skis and boots before I knew it!
They checked in with me via text half way through my holiday to check I was happy with the gear and if I had any problems to come in and they’d sort it out for me no hassle.
I would highly recommend Tignes Spirit and would definitely use them again if I’m skiing in Tignes in the future! Thanks for all your help guys!
Really friendly bunch in Tignes Spirit sorted us with great kit. I struggled turning my skis on the first day - perhaps I overstated my ability - so I called the shop and they sent someone to pick me up from the bottom of a slope, took me back to the shop and sorted out some skis more suited to my limited ability.
Have you ever heard of that level of service from a ski rental co? Not sure if this is standard practice or if they took pity on me!

Was awesome to be able to find somewhere to hire some telemark skis, not something that most ski shops do. Brand new NTN bindings on a pair of majesty dirty bears, boots fresh from the box, the equipment was great.

Went into the shop to look at new boards and the staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Talked me through various boards and uses etc. Then got a board to try out for the day.
Couldn't do enough for me and have now said that they will give both boards I've bought over the past month a full service for free.
Go in and speak to the staff, you'll feel welcomed and they will sort you out with what ever you need.

Excellent team working there who are very knowledgeable and passionate. They gave me some great tips for when I got out on the slopes. Equipment was spot on and very reasonably priced. Had a great time and can't wait to be back

This season I've ordered new snowboard boots in advance, which Cameron put to one side till I was able to pick them up. He did me a great deal on the boots and I'm stoked with the product. I also upgraded my transceiver this season with TS. Product was in stock on the day I needed it, so I didn't miss any powder time. I was given a full tutorial on how to use it and what to do when it needs an update.
