Just back from snowboarding in Tignes last week and I just wanted to say thank you for providing great customer service and for making my first snowboarding trip a memorable and happy one!

very delayed but you still came!
Stayed at Chalet Arrabette for Christmas and new years and used your mobile ski hire for 11 of the group and just wanted to say thanks!, we were all very delayed and late and your guys still came out so we could get to the slopes the next day first thing! well recommended service!!!

I have to give a big thank you to Tignes-spirit snow board rental crew - after having not snow boarded for four years i was apprehensive to get on the slopes to say the least, but the perfect set up, board and boots gave me a great, comfortable, and confidence boosting ride immediately, first run. I was so surprised and of course completely stoked!
A couple of days later, however, i rented a board and boots in Morzine and was so disappointed and lost all my confidence immediately, as I repeatedly fell and was so extremely uncomfortable in the poor set up and board the crew gave me there, that I felt i couldn't even ride. So i would have to say that this proves that the quality of the board, boots and set up makes all the difference in the world, thanks Tignes-spirit!

tignes spirit brilliance!
Had a good journey back from Tignes if you discount the usual drudgery of the M25.
Many thanks for the hire of the kit which was first rate. Better quality and price to that hired by the rest of our party from SkiSet.
Must confess we had doubts about the pick up and drop off arrangements in collecting and returning the gear but our fears were definitely unfounded and we found the opportunity to chat with Matt in the bus a useful update on conditions etc in the resort, particularly as we had not been there before.
Thanks for your interest, the friendly service and the good deal on the kit, all of which contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday...hope to see you and the guys again.

Best decision we made.
In early February 2010, a group of us chose Tignes Spirit to supply our equipment for the week. It was one of the best decisions as Kieran and the team were all most helpful from the start - bringing all the gear to our chalet the afternoon we arrived. There was a great selection and even the more experienced members of our group were impressed by the quality of the boards.
Also on the piste - quite a few remarked on how much better quality our boards were than the average hire-standard. All in all - Tignes Spirit were amazing - providing excellent service and quality gear for an affordable price - i would definitely recommend them to any that need to hire in Tignes!

Apartment
Hi Kieran
Just wanted to thank you for making our stay in Tignes so enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for our party of 8, and it was great to be able to drop the keys off early on the way back.
As one of our party said, the only downside is how would we find anywhere better that that in the future!

No nonsense or hassle!
Hi Kieran, sorry for the late reply, we only just got back home. Thanks for your excellent service, it was a pleasure and so much easier (and cheaper) than we had expected. However, Khairil got on really well with his board and boots, and had a fantastic time. The delivery and collection were great - no nonsense or hassle, it was very refreshing.
Cheers again, and we'll hope to use you next time we come - we loved Tignes so we'll definitely be back.
