Sorry to be late sending this but have had a very busy 3 weeks since returning. As 2 families of 5 we would like to thank you for your excellent service, good polite staff and superb kit. We had a fantastic holiday, a lot of it because of the excellent comfy boots, good skis and comfy helmets. Highly recommended

Now at home after a great week. Just wanted to write to thank you for a truly great service.
The delivery and fitting of the ski equipment worked very well and made what is normally a hideous process after a long drive very easy. When we wanted to change a couple of items during the week, nothing could have been too much trouble for the guys in the shop. Everybody was very friendly and relaxed and we greatly appreciated the service that we received. All of this contrasts markedly with the usual approach of French service providers and I hope very much that you have won, or will win, the equipment hire market for British skiiers in the area.
I will put some feedback on the website but hope that you will pass this email on to the shop in the meantime. Thanks again to everybody.

Just wanted to drop a line and say how impressed we were with the level of service we received when we were in resort last week. Especially seeing how busy the guys were, and the size of our group, all painless and leaving us with the most amount of ski time we could have wished for.
