I requested an all mountain ski for the week and they gave me a pair of Movement Sun Dances, and I must say they are absolutely amazing and one of the best skis I’ve used in the 16 years of skiing!
I also asked to change to a snowboard on the last day and they did this for free without any hassle. Once again thank you Tignes Spirit, you will definitely be seeing me again next year!

I was very impressed by how attentive Tignes Spirit employees were to providing the right ski equipment for my ability and needs.
I got great advice about indicators of progression to the next level of equipment and was offered a change of equipment should I reach these indicators. All this thought and care was impressive given the shop was extremely busy when I arrived.

Great customer communication with the apartment rental team and lovely welcoming team in the Lavachet shop. Great set of skis that were perfect for my style and level - plus great banter in the shop.

Plenty of staff around when we arrived at the shop so we got served quickly even though it was fairly busy.

I recommend going Platinum.
This is a great concept - the ski equipment was brought to us - with varying sizes of boots to try - and collected at the end. This made life much easier - as the only ski hire shop in Les Brevieres was at the bottom of the hill and we were staying a very steep 15 minute walk uphill from there. The quality seems very reasonable for us and the children.
Would highly recommend Tignes Spirit. Everything was seamless, from the wide selection and quality of kit, to delivery and pick up straight to our hotel.
They ring on the first day to ensure you're enjoying your kit and offer to change it over if required with no hassle. They'd taken account of the comments I'd made in the requests section of the booking form (which loads of companies seem to ignore).

We rented our equipment from Tignes Spirit for our ski trip in Tignes in February. This was our second time using them and they were even better this year.
Easy booking, great delivery and pick up service to our accommodation for a nominal fee, and great service when we needed smaller boots.
They seemed to really care we were happy with the equipment. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
