This was my second time at Tignes Spirit.
Both times they have been been very communicative, and all the folk I spoke with really knowledgeable.
Our rental of split boards, crampons and poles was a little out of the ordinary, but Tignes Spirit dealt with the request easily.
They even brought a selection to our apartment in order to ensure we got the most appropriate kit. Now, that's a good service!

This is a popular rental location and for good reason.
The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.
Due to an accident on the main road, we were severely delayed from the airport but the shop stayed open very late for us and others arriving that day.
We hired skis then later in the week snowboards as well and they were flexible with our arrangements.
When there was a problem with one of the boards, a technician came out to the slope to replace it - great service!
The pre booking online system really was that easy !!
Removing the form filling when you’re desperate to get out on the hill !!
The choice of skis was excellent - we had platinum skis and with the online discount they were a treat !!
I also liked the courtesy call to make sure we were happy with the kit and had no problems !! Nice touch!!
Visited Tignes with my daughter and she had new boots fitted. Excellent service. Sorted her out with quality rental skis not the usual 2 year old knackered skis. Quality kit at a decent price.
I am just back from 5 days of the best skiing in a long time in Tignes, where I rented a pair of Elan Ripstick 96s from Tignes Spirit.
I want to thank the Tignes Spirit team for the class skis, they were in perfect condition and I had the best week on my off-piste course, with their equipment.
I will definitively use this hire shop on my next visit to Tignes.

The shop is well organised and the kit is really good - the usual stressful trying on of kit with kids in tow went smoothly.
There is lovely ski/surf/board stuff in the shop too - highly recommend the Tignes Spirit sweatshirts!
Wouldn't ever consider hiring from anywhere else in Tignes - just the best!
