The staff at Tignes Spirit have been extremely helpful and communicative both over email and in person and took the time to check I was happy with the equipment during the week. I upgraded to the premium package and am really glad I did. I had brand new boots (even in April!) and loved the skis.

We were very pleased with the service from Tignes Spirit.
They came out to our chalet on the day that we arrived in Tignes with our equipment that we had reserved.
I was surprised by how late they were working, as it must have been about 10:30pm when we got our equipment (we had arrived not long before that).
Someone from Tignes Spirit came to our chalet a couple of days later during afternoon tea and went round everyone to ask how they were getting on with their equipment.
We mentioned that my partner was getting blisters on his shins, so they went away to get some larger ski boots for him to try and returned to our chalet within an hour.
I also had a phone call from them midway through the week to check that everything was fine with the equipment.
I would definitely recommend Tignes Spirit for hassle-free equipment rental.

They came to our chalet with all the equipment - 17 sets of ski's and boots.
They adjusted their delivery time to fit with our late arrival and were super helpful.
They were happy to exchange a pair of boots a couple of days into the hire and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with all the equipment.
Having been recommended Tignes Spirit as the place for ski rentals, I can wholeheartedly say that we were very impressed.
Such lovely and attentive staff (big shout out to Wilf, having been served by him on his very first day in this store). He assisted up with the hire of equipment and a very thorough boot fitting service.

Best rental shop! I always rent my skis here - Tignes spirit has an excellent selection of skis for all abilities.
I was renting all mountain/ off piste skis and I absolutely loved them, I’m normally a serial swapper of skis at the end of day 1 but Tignes Spirit always gets it right first time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I stay in Le Lac but hop on the bus to Lavachet to go to Tignes Spirit. It takes three mins on bus and it’s worth it
Also this is just a super cool shop with a great vibe selling colourful Tignes Spirit branded beanies and jumpers among other things.
Super service! Jack brought along a selection of ski equipment for 3 of us to try, making the whole usual ordeal of trudging to a hire shop on arrival in resort a distant memory. Also how wonderful to have someone collect it all at the end of one’s stay!

Fantastic service, would use again and would recommend to others! Booking the ski rental, the delivery, the pickup all super easy. Friendly staff, very knowledgable. Flexibility through the week when we wanted to try snowboarding. Great value.

Tignes Spirit were amazing usual. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
They were happy to exchange boots if anyone found their initial pair uncomfortable.
All the equipment was great and there was a good selection to choose from.
The Tignes Spirit staff were very helpful and provided us with great advice and equipment.
The boots were new and the board and bindings were in tip top condition and ideal for the snow conditions.

This was my first time ever renting a board and bindings for a snowboard trip. I wanted to avoid the hassle of a board bag and the extra costs that attracts with the airline and trying to jam it in to the coach luggage on the transfer.
Tignes Spirit offered a really competitive price, I was even given a brand new board straight out of the wrapper. They paid particular attention to setting the board up correctly.
They called me up after a few days to check how it was going, I opted to change boards at the end of the trip and this was so easy to do and the staff were super accommodating.
They provided me really good service and there isn’t anything I could fault with it. Friendly staff, will certainly revisit them should I come to the area again
