I recently had a rental with you (#14556), and found the service to be absolutely exemplary.
One of your colleagues picked us up from our chalet and dropped us back after we arrived into the resort late, without us asking for this. The service in the shop was excellent and you were able to accommodate a late request for some poles and a helmet which we had not booked.
Finally, the quality of the equipment was excellent, and I will definitely be using Tignes Spirit Rentals when I return to Tignes.

We have just returned from Chalet Alistelle and the ski/boot hire rental was excellent. You were able to change equipment promptly when needed, even visiting the chalet to help us with a ski problem on New Years Day. The staff who fitted the equipment on arrival were extremely helpful and great with all the children.
We were very pleased with the drop off and collection service. The Tignes Spirit team couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and brought a wide choice of good quality equipment with them. They were on time which was a real help and eased the whole process of arrival and departure.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Tignes Spirit. The delivery and collection at my hotel made life so easy - no traipsing across town trying to carry everything. The skis and boots I hired were good quality and in good condition. The guys didn't even complain when they had to come back and forth three times before they found a helmet that fitted me!
