We had a great week skiing in March 2015 made all the more easier by Tignes Spirit and their experienced and friendly staff especially Chris and Cameron. They collected us from the hotel to be kitted out with plenty of selections and at the end of the week they collected equipment from the hotel. It was effortless for us and we would certainly use them again. Good prices great equipment. Thanks again from Ian, Dawn and William (the best skier on the mountain).

Getting ski gear sorted out isn't everyone's perfect way to start the holiday but I can honestly say it was a pleasure to spend time in the shop getting kitted out while soaking up the cool vibe! The staff were so attentive and all must clearly have studied child psychology as they dealt with fussy 5 years olds with great ease. The gear we hired was high quality and fitted perfectly with no need to revisit the store again until we sadly had to hand our gear back at the end of the week.
A group of 12 of us all mixed ability/age/ski/snowboarders hired in January from Tignes Spirit. Fantastic service from start to finish, friendly enthusiastic staff and top of the range practicaly new equipment. Nothing was too much trouble from picking us up from our hotel to swapping over equipment mid holiday so a few boarders could try there hands at skiing. Compared to other unenthusiastic hire shops in Le Lac this is by far the best!
The staff at Tignes Spirit love skiing. They ensure top of the range skis are available for all disciplines. Every member I came across really knew their stuff, even though I had skied for 25 years and do backflips off 15ft kickers I felt my knowledge of skis was limited compared to these guys. I was so impressed with the skis I was recommended I've decided to buy them, they made everything easier on the slopes.

Absolutely outstanding equipment, value for money and service. Tignes Spirit set the benchmark for all of our alpine needs. I had my five year old skis serviced and it was like having new skis once again. My son hired skis as it was cheaper than paying the airline supplement to bring his old set! We were collected from our chalet/hotel, we confirmed the gear we wanted and when they were expertly fitted, we and our equipment were transported back to our door and likewise collected at the end of the week. Tell me what's not to like about this especially when the ski company we'd travelled with were going to give us a discount deal that would cost twice as much!
Picked us up from our hotel for no extra charge. Equipment was in good condition, with no problems during the week. The skis and snowboards were well waxed which pretty rare in French resorts! At the end of the trip they collected the equipment up again from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use them again.
Collected us from our hotel and despite the shop heaving on Easter Saturday promptly and efficiently fitted us out. Friendly staff, respectable but well-used equipment which, in our case, was adequate for our needs. Rang us in the UK on the day before we arrived to check the arrangements.
