I’ve just come back from an extremely enjoyable week in Tignes with Ski Miquel.
They partner with Tignes Spirit for their guests equipment hire.
Everything was so easy, the equipment was brought to the hotel on the evening we arrived, sizes checked and then as we were fortunate enough to get a final morning on the slopes on departure day, an extension was easily arranged. We didn’t even have to return the equipment back to the shop as it was collected. I received a call after the first day as well to check the equipment was suitable and well fitting.
Would throughly recommend them.

For my 13 year old son they treated him as an adult.. ensured he got the most appropriate of ski gear: no pressure at all getting a good boot fit and skis to meet the snow conditions
Returned a couple of times over the week for tweeks: again, no hassle at all
We didn’t stay in Lavachet but made the trip to Tignes Spirit to rent snowboard equipment after a recommendation from friends who live in resort !
It did not disappoint ..I’m so pleased we did.. highly recommend this place, the staff and shop are so friendly and accommodating.. we had two kids and adults, when we needed to change boot sizes mid week nothing was a problem at all ..
the quality and range of kit available is way better than a usual hire shop, new Salomon boots and Bataleon Boards. The shop handpicked the right sizes and styles according to our level and the kind of the kind of snowboarding we wanted to do! Next level service and at a good price!

Great quality ski equipment for our kids which really boosted their confidence and improvement on the slopes.

I hired full set up from Tignes Spirit this year and the seervice was excellent. The pre-arrival purchase journey was easy and their communications really straightforward and helpful.
Their range of boards for hire are really good - proper boards for every range or riders - not what I would consider a hire stock. I rode the Salomon Huck Knife 156 - absolutely brilliant.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting Tignes or Val D'Isere who is planning to hire kit, its so good I dont even take my own kit out any more.
