5 star service

Tignes Spirit really were 5 star throughout our stay- for our entire group with our large range of different requests. First morning they came to our Chalet and fitted two of us for skis and boots, later on collected another of us and brought her to the shop to sort her out before dropping her back again; another member of our party decided she wanted to try new boots half way through, again no problem at all and they sorted us out. Equipment was really good quality- some of it brand new- and nothing was too much trouble and everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely use any time I am in Tignes. Super!

"Fantastic".

Used Tignes Spirit twice last year and one word describes the service "Fantastic".
We had our ski's / equipment delivered to our accommodation in Val D'Isere. Everything ran like clock work with equipment arriving on time and being picked up on times as we agreed. The fitting service was also excellent in our accommodation, the Tignes Spirit Team brought loads of equipment for us to choose from. This is the seond time i have used the services and i will certainly use them again and also recommend them to family and friends.

Thanks so much for getting our holiday off to a great start.

Fantastic Service and Friendly staff

We were a party of 15 who rented out skis, boots, boards and helmets and Tignes Spirit organised all our requirements before we even got there. This is such a great service and after skiing annually for the last 18 years, this is the first year we have had this type of A* service.
Tignes spirit were always available to contact via email or telephone and always very prompt at getting back to us.
I would recommend to anyone to rent their ski and snow board equipment from this company if headed to Tignes!. Their customer service is like no other.

Thanks again for all your help and we would definitely come to you again if we do another holiday in Tignes.

Best ski rental shop

Tignes Spirit is a great rental shop---personnel, equipment, service, price. (The skis were ideal...I am looking to get the same pair back here in the U.S.) Then they brought me, and my equipment, back to my hotel. Three days later, after some wonderful skiing, they came and got the skis as I was packing to leave. I don't know how it could have been easier or better!

Great Service

We have used Tignes Spirit a number of times now and have always found the service to be great. In fact this year - even though we stayed in Lac we still travelled to Lavachet to get our skis. They are always friendly, the equipment is good and they do a drop off and pick up service which we used to return the equipment.

Will most certainly us again!

Great Service

This was the first time I've rented from Tignes Spirit and the service was excellent. The equipment they provide is top quality and there was no problem with changing gear mid week if needed. I will definitely be using Tignes Spirit again.

Quality gear and service

I've been using these guys for the last 3 years i've been to Tignes. I'm very fussy about my kit, and Tignes spirit always has the latest ski's and boards all in fantastic condition. Incredibly helpful, reliable and surprisingly good value considering how new the kit is.

Quality kit, personal touch

I have been going to Tignes for 25 years and in the past 3 seasons my wife and I have taken our young son (4 and a half at first visit) to introduce him to the joys of the mountains.

Each time we have kitted out equipment from Tignes Spirit. They were extremely patient and accommodating with my son, always ensuring he was comfortable and taking the time to show him how the equipment works.

Every year the manager, Kieran, remembers my son by name and makes a real fuss of him - joking with him about how much he's grown and what he'll be able to do on skis by the end of the upcoming week etc.

For my wife and I - who are fair weather but good skiers - the equipment has been consistently good and current and the staff are knowledgeable and efficient. From what I can see, prices are competitive.

It is the personal touch and good quality kit that keeps us coming back.

Best ski hire in Tignes

Just got back from a fantastic week in tignes. We had a big party and used these guys to kit us out. Nothing was too much hassle and they had top quality skis. Will definitely use tignes spirit again. Cheers!

Excellent Service, great equipment

I have used this shop several times in recent years whilst organising company ski weekends away, with a large group of fairly demanding colleagues to coordinate. Tignes Spirit has always been very helpful, and were more than happy to deliver and collect equipment from our apartments at the start and end of our stay. Being able to book everything online before we left England was also really useful. I would definitely use them again.
