Friendly and down-to-earth staff who went out of their way to make sure I had the right rental gear, and even gave me a free upgrade on both boots and snowboard due to availability.
I saw others come in and change gear they weren't happy with while I was there, and they encouraged me to do the same.
In contrast, another friend in our group went to a rental place near Tignes 2100 and they refused to change his board and bindings even though they were loose!
The guys in the shop are amazing - I was asked if I would like a upgrade for 10 euros and they said I would get a better pair of skis to make my experience better and did they? I was really impressed.
Skis where ready for me to pick up when I asked and the staff are really friendly. I'd definitely rent again from them and recommend them to anyone if you are going to this area.
