This was my first time using Tignes Spirit, but it won't be my last.
We went as a group of friends, with 5 of us renting equipment and the services from Tignes Spirit was excellent from start to finish.
They came to our hotel on the first night and helped us get fitted, ensuring everything was a good fit and that we understood how to put everything on.
Really friendly and nice guys, who went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted.
Good quality skis, poles and boots, with additional kit for some of us - like helmets, goggles, etc.
Great week skiing with no problems and then they came back to our hotel to pick everything up.
Overall, I'd say they were excellent from start to finish and I'd definitely use them again.
We'll likely be going back to Tignes at some point in 2024, so they'll definitely be hearing from us again.
Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end.
A group of 10 family members ranging from 10 yrs old to 73 yrs old all needing ski equipment.
We received excellent help with every small detail from the staff in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with lots of chatting and advice.
The communication from the shop was outstanding. I had check in phone calls before my holiday, the day I arrived, during the holiday and at the end.

Tignes Spirit provides a great service and customer care.
Open to 11pm on Saturday they picked us from our apartment to fit the boots and skis and dropped us off again.
Lots of communication during our stay to check we were all ok.
English speaking and incredibly helpful.
My transfer was late but still managed to get skis in time for first lifts.
Skis were the model I requested and brand new as were boots.
Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and when I returned my equipment they were interested how I found it.
Location is easy to find - right next door to the supermarket - Tignes isn’t huge a 10 min walk or 2 mins on the free bus.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone hiring equipment here - they also stocked a lot of skis and ski gear.

The whole team are focussed on making sure that you have the best time, best and most perfectly fitted equipment possible.
The after care is the same. We've had a couple of damage issues through accidents and they have sorted it with incredible service.
I've skied for 25 years plus and I can say that I have never had such amazing service.
