Tignes-Spirit (TS) were great.
We've been on around 10 ski-trips (many in Tignes!) and consider ourselves to be intermediate skiers. We always hire equipment.
The help, fitting advice and tips provided by the staff were the best we've ever had. Despite the store being busy, the staff were very personable, keen to both help and ensure our needs were met.
Our equipment was very good - no complaints at all.

Big variety of great snowboards all in a good condition, knowledgeable and experienced workers.
Allowed to exchange the rented equipment if it doesn`t suit you.
However, in our case it was not needed, since they find great snowboards from the first try.

Excellent shop, with plenty of choice, the team were extremely helpful with my rental and boot fitting.

I damaged my skis in my last weeks skiing from the previous season and was told nothing could be done with them when in Austria.
I 'd skied for 3 days this season, and tracked these guys down for a chat to see what they could do, if anything.
24hrs later I received my skis back which will now last me another couple of seasons at least.
Whilst repair was being completed I hired some skis for a day, with a favourable rate due to the repair being completed
Excellent customer service from Struan in the workshop.
I visited early season having managed to hit a few rocks on my brand new board.
The worst damage was a 4 inch core shot.
The repair to the base was invisible and the board was ready to ride first thing the next morning which was a pleasant surprise

Fantastic service as usual from Tignes Spirit! Early season sharks left my board looking as though it had been attacked by Wolverine. Several gouges down to the core.
All repaired to a far better standard, and cheaper, than anywhere else I've been to in Europe.
