I am just back from 5 days of the best skiing in a long time in Tignes, where I rented a pair of Elan Ripstick 96s from Tignes Spirit.
I want to thank the Tignes Spirit team for the class skis, they were in perfect condition and I had the best week on my off-piste course, with their equipment.

The shop is well organised and the kit is really good - the usual stressful trying on of kit with kids in tow went smoothly.

Everything about this place was fantastic - the online ordering, the regular communication pre-departure and the lift to and from our hotel to the store.
In the store all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and were obviously trying to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
We were helped by Joe who spent time making sure our equipment was comfortable and appropriate and did so with enthusiasm.

Very friendly staff who allowed time to discuss experience and level of skiing with us in order to fit us with the best equipment.
They were very patient with me as I struggled with the boots.
Gave lots of helpful advice on where to go for slopes suited to my level.
Staff at Tignes Spirit were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable.
Very flexible in allowing my friend to change his boots after one day and picking up our hires from where we were staying on our last day.
Would certainly recommend.
I had never skied before and the staff were really friendly despite me feeling out of my comfort zone.
Handing back the equipment was also hassle free.

This was the second time I've hired skis and a board from Tignes Spirit and will absolutely use them again when visiting the resort.
They make it so easy - at the start of the holiday they brought everything to our chalet and helped ensure all boots and skis were exactly right for our family, on the last day they collected the kit at a prearranged time - it couldn't have been easier.
Also when I wanted to change my bindings, I was collected from the bottom of the slopes, driven to the shop, bindings were quickly changed, then driven back to the piste, awesome.
Really friendly guys and couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks very much!
