Staff & service exceeded expectations. I was delayed severely and Spirit staff made sure I was able to drop by later on to collect.
On arrival at the location I was helped by passionate people offering advice on a couple of different boards of which I ended up trying most.

I'm an ex ski instructor that was looking to try out some new models and they took my requests on board as to what skis I wanted whilst also discussing some recommendations to the current conditions.
They were very flexible when my transfer was delayed and the delivery option to my chalet is something I will now do for every holiday.
Being able to get equipment dropped off the night before was a game changer. Their communication channels are all excellent whether that be phone, web chat, email they were always very quick to respond.
I will use Tignes Spirit again in the future and think they are miles better than any of the more traditional ski rental shops in terms of service.
Excellent service - Jack came to our apartment at an arranged time an hour after our arrival. Came with a selection of skis and lots of great advise for my family.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The only rental that had Supermatic bindings at a reasonable rate.
They were kind enough to pick up the equipment from my hotel at the end of the week.

Wilf measured my feet correctly and fitted board boots that I hired and they made a huge difference with a correct size - Tignes Spirit then agreed to swap my board boots for their hire pair 😀 really appreciated that, and I can now board in comfort and control!

Before going to Tignes Spirt my boots were so uncomfortable I could hardly ski. Cramps, numbness and excruciating pain. At 50 I thought my 30 odd years of skiing was coming to an end. Then I found Jack, the boot fitter. Jack spent so long listening to me and getting the boots right. A stretch here and there and done inner some work and I was on my way. My skiing the next day was phenomenal and pain free! Thank you Jack!
Super super lovely rental shop! Helped me with endless knowledge, compassion and patience as I brought my first boots, skis and poles.
Very extensive range of ski gear, some of which is not available in most rental shops and expert advice. Kind staff who let me switch out different skis to test and an excellent boot fitting.
So happy to get out on my new skis :)
Tignes Spirit Rentals were great to work with. Responsive and informative and Jack chose our kit really well for our ski ability and for the conditions. We were early season so had all new gear which was great. So all up, very happy to recommend this crew!
