This is a popular rental location and for good reason.
The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.
Due to an accident on the main road, we were severely delayed from the airport but the shop stayed open very late for us and others arriving that day.
We hired skis then later in the week snowboards as well and they were flexible with our arrangements.
When there was a problem with one of the boards, a technician came out to the slope to replace it - great service!
The pre booking online system really was that easy !!

The choice of skis was excellent - we had platinum skis and with the online discount they were a treat !!

Visited Tignes with my daughter and she had new boots fitted. Excellent service. Sorted her out with quality rental skis not the usual 2 year old knackered skis. Quality kit at a decent price.
I am just back from 5 days of the best skiing in a long time in Tignes, where I rented a pair of Elan Ripstick 96s from Tignes Spirit.
I want to thank the Tignes Spirit team for the class skis, they were in perfect condition and I had the best week on my off-piste course, with their equipment.
I will definitively use this hire shop on my next visit to Tignes.

The shop is well organised and the kit is really good - the usual stressful trying on of kit with kids in tow went smoothly.

Everything about this place was fantastic - the online ordering, the regular communication pre-departure and the lift to and from our hotel to the store.
In the store all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and were obviously trying to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
We were helped by Joe who spent time making sure our equipment was comfortable and appropriate and did so with enthusiasm.
