From first chair to backcountry bootpack, our women’s freeride shape on the Burton Day Trader rides with confidence in everything from deep trees to steep, technical terrain. Developed with Kimmy Fasani, this tapered, directional board is designed to explore the off-piste with ease. Flat Top between the feet enhances stability and control, while the early rise kicks add the effortless float and feeling of rocker. Features include a sustainable FSC™ certified wood core and recycled PET topsheet, plus ultra-light Carbon Highlights for added snap and smoother handling.
A flat profile between the feet means stability, better balance, and continuous edge control. The tip and tail kick up with an early rise outside the feet for the catch-free, loose feeling you’d expect from rocker. This is a directionally shaped board with directional flex which means that the nose is softer than the tail and the shape is different from one end to the other. The Day Trader has a medium stiffness which means more responsiveness and control than softer boards but easier to bend and not as unforgiving as stiffer ones.
